House Committee duties shall include security, scheduling of all functions, maintenance and operation of the club and fund raising. Any and all proposed improvements to the grounds or buildings must be approved by the House Committee before any work can begin. The planting or removal of any plant life must be approved by the House Committee. Shall inspect and approve any area of the Club having outdoor fires.
